Madeira's Digital Transformation Summit

Madeira's Digital Transformation Summit that took place on October 24th -27th. The summit was supported by the Madeira government and brought together several highly regarded individuals from government, academia, industry, and the European Commission. Among them included Miguel Albuquerque President of Governo Regional da Madeira, Pedro Ramos President of Governo Regional da Madeira, Cláudia Aguiar member of the European Parliament, Pedro Calado Mayor of Funchal, and Christoph Klein Policy Officer at European Commission. This was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas about different areas of digital transformation including health, manufacturing, maritime, smart cities, energy, as well as multiple types of digital services being developed and offered by the European Digital Innovation Hub network.
